Senior Associate In Branch Strategy & ExecutionShape how our branch teams win by turning data into insights and insights into action. If you enjoy partnering across strategy, product, data science, and engineering to deliver measurable results, you will thrive here.As a Senior Associate in Branch Strategy & Execution, you will help design the strategy and execute / implement AI and Analytic solutions to drive measurable business value for our sales teams across various strategic initiatives. One priority use case is our patent-pending Blueprint application. The cross-functional product team is responsible for enabling our Branch managers and Market Directors be great coaches, bring our culture to life, and understand how to win with the unique opportunities in their markets. We are responsible for building AI and ML solutions that provide branch-specific solutions to improve branch performance. Other examples of AI Branch use cases include sales funnel optimization, meeting preparation, agents for banker activities, etc.Job responsibilitiesLead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through deployment and adoption across data science, product, engineering, and business partnersTranslate business priorities into scalable data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutionsShape the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for priority use cases, including the Blueprint applicationDefine clear problem statements, success metrics, and measurement plans to track business impactCommunicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable language for executive and non-technical audiencesInfluence senior stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritization, and timely decision-makingManage program risks, dependencies, timelines, and execution challenges across multiple workstreamsEmbed solutions into human-centered workflows that enable better coaching and sales executionPartner with teams to strengthen data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across deliverablesEnsure solutions are developed responsibly and aligned with enterprise risk, control, and artificial intelligence governance standardsDrive change management and adoption plans that help teams realize sustained valueRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, technology, or technical program managementStrong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive and technical audiencesDemonstrated success influencing stakeholders and delivering initiatives across organizations without direct authorityWorking knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, analytics, business intelligence, and governanceExperience implementing artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize user experience, drive measurable outcomes, and integrate into human-centered workflowsExperience with risk, controls, and governance requirements for data and artificial intelligence solutionsAbility to translate business problems into scalable data, analytics, and technology solutionsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needsDemonstrated commitment to data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor in decision-makingAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and artificial intelligence-enabled productivity toolsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience partnering with sales, product, data, and analytics organizationsKnowledge of how machine learning and artificial intelligence can enhance forecasting, optimization, or decisioning workflowsProduct lifecycle experience, including product management responsibilitiesUnderstanding of demand forecasting methodologies and labor analyticsExperience with experimentation methods, success metric design, and go-to-market execution to drive measurable impactAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
