Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.
We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.
This is a temporary part-time contract working 10 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Bromley Store.
The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.
You’ll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.
A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have customer service experience and are ready to help us keep the festive rush running like a well-oiled kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working at ProCook:
- Salary is £13.45 per hour - we are a Real Living Wage employer.
- 40% colleague discount to spend in store and online after your first 4 weeks with us.
- Structured training to build product and sales skills.
- Be part of a fast-growing company.
We Welcome Everyone:

If you require any reasonable adjustments to support you through the application or interview process, please let us know. We’re committed to making our recruitment process as inclusive and accessible as possible.

As a certified B Corporation, we strive to balance profit with purpose, focusing on reducing waste, and ensuring ethical business practices.
