Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description Job Description Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish Required) We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to support front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is responsible for greeting employees and guests, managing attendance, and assisting with light administrative tasks. This position requires consistent weekend availability.
Schedule Monday-Friday:
Monday/Friday 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
Track and record employee attendance accurately
Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and general office support
Answer and direct phone calls as needed
Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Compensation $18/hour
