Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Location Dallas, TX Role Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress and status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous nursing experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
