Registered Nurse (RN)

Location

Dallas, TX

Role Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
Monitor and document patient progress and status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous nursing experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
