What will I be doing? As a Sales Site Coordinator , you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Director and Managers of Sales and Marketing. Your role will involve: Word processing, typing, and email management Filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and correspondence Answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with general office inquiries Conducting site inspections on behalf of sales managers Making travel arrangements for the sales team Taking notes and/or dictation during meetings Assisting with special projects as needed Performing other general office duties to ensure smooth operations of the Sales and Marketing department What are we looking for?
