Position Details

• Position: Roll Off Driver

• Pay: $25+ per hour (DOE)

• Start Time: 5:00 AM

• Schedule: Local routes - home daily

What You'll Be Doing

As a Roll Off Driver with Waste Connections, you will:

• Safely operate a roll-off truck servicing commercial and industrial customers

• Deliver, swap, and remove open-top containers and compactors

• Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions

• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)

• Secure loads properly and operate hoist and cable systems safely

• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public

• Complete other job-related duties as needed

What We Need From You

• Valid Class A or B CDL

• Clean driving record

• 2+ years of local driving experience (roll-off experience preferred)

• Strong safety focus and reliability

• Comfort working independently in a production-driven environment
