CT Technologist

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join a leading outpatient imaging team located in Santa Clara County, CA . Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift (No Weekends) Assignment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire Pay: $83/ hourly - $2,656.00 - $3,172.00 weekly (DOE) Key Responsibilities Imaging & Technical Execution: Perform CT (Computed Tomography) scans using advanced imaging equipment Select and adjust technical parameters to ensure optimal image quality Accurately capture cross-sectional images to assist in diagnosis Maintain proper operation and care of imaging equipment Patient Care & Safety: Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering questions Review patient history and ensure all pre-scan requirements are met Position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results Monitor patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists to ensure diagnostic accuracy Communicate findings and workflow updates with clinical staff Support a smooth patient flow and positive clinic experience Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document procedures in EMR systems Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized and efficient imaging workflow Adhere to scheduled appointments and departmental standards Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction Qualifications: Associate’s degree from an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT (R) certification required CT certification required (ARRT-CT or equivalent) Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license BLS certification required Venipuncture certification required Minimum 3 years of CT experience Experience with PACS and RIS systems Familiarity with EMR platforms (EPIC preferred) Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient positioning Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy Excellent patient interaction and communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team Dependable, adaptable, and committed to quality care If you’re a certified CT Technologist looking to advance your career in a supportive and high-performing clinical environment, we encourage you to apply today.
