Assistant Shop Manager: Fast-Track to Shop Leadership

Take 5 Oil Change in Brooksville, FL is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager who will spend about 80% of time as a technician while learning leadership to prepare for a Shop Manager role. You’ll be a key player in keeping the shop running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will perform oil changes, assist customers, process payments, and help oversee store operations when the Shop Manager is away.
