Job Details:

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range: 2009.92 - 2110.42

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS; ACLS; must have Epic experience; VA license pending submitted; must adhere to UVAs float policy; Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); COVID and Intermediate Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Float to various ICU and intermediate care units including Medical ICU, Thoracic Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Surgical Trauma ICU (Level 1), Neuro & Neurosurgery ICU, Critical Care, and Intermediate Care Special Pathogens Unit (COVID).
• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in different ICU settings.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including float and shift schedules.
• Manage patient needs during assigned shifts and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
