Position Overview
As an Marketing Communications Associate, you will represent client campaigns directly to customers while learning the fundamentals of:
- Brand marketing and promotional strategy
- Sales and customer acquisition
- Client relations and campaign management
- Leadership and team development
- Public speaking and communication
- Customer retention and brand awareness
No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from day one.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally at events and campaigns
- Engage with customers and answer general questions
- Assist with promotional marketing initiatives
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Participate in daily team meetings and mentorship sessions
- Help maintain a positive and professional brand image
- Learn leadership and campaign management skills
