SHAMBAUGH, INC is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team; an individual that is organized, detail oriented and can maintain superior customer service standards and excellent communication skills.

To manage and oversee all aspects of the company's business, management and operations, including accounting, administration, production, business development and marketing.

General duties include managing the activities of the business office and warehouse, delegating duties to personnel, reviewing personnel performance, attending professional trainings, recognizing and promoting staff success, achieving profitability goals, providing timely and accurate reports, developing and implementing operating policies, ensuring company compliance, maintaining positive cash flow, comparing budgets to actual performance, working with clients and employees to meet sales goals, holding responsibility for company profit margins, developing the company business plan, managing project managers, locating and contracting with subcontractors, overseeing business development and marketing efforts, overseeing accounting efforts, achieving superior performance from the entire staff, managing professional and timely customer service contact, implementing the company vision and mission, respecting and maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating a positive image of the company, applying safety rules and regulations, and performing other duties as assigned.

Provide exemplary customer service, communicate and coordinate with the team for timely job completion, respond to customer concerns.

Able to positively motivate others, develop skills of others, convey positive image of the company, develop and implement policies and procedures for the company.

Completes delegated tasks on time, cooperates and respects others, follows company policies and procedures, develops creative solutions to problems.

Qualifications include minimum five (5) years in management within the restoration industry, bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field, possession of, or ability to obtain an appropriate, valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record, computer literate with knowledge and experience with the internet as a sales vehicle, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
