Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer plans, analyzes, and develops advertising and marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on creative design through brand execution. Process weekly in store signage across brands, coordinate visual displays for community and store events with Public Relations Manager, and collaborate with department to generate ideas that support company objectives. Utilize photography and styling skills. Coordinate visual displays for community and store events with Public Relations Manager. Collaborate across department to generate ideas that support company objectives Collaborate with Radio, TV and In-Store Audio partners and provide assets as possible. Design/layout signs, posters, ads, coupons, web and social media blocks for all aspects of the company. Assist stores with signage issues and/or requests. Manage Monthly Power Price Ad program for store, print and digital platforms. Design and execute initiatives for various departments and assist with Digital Menu Boards and Signage for various departments. During our Creative Collaboration process, bring ideas to the table and coordinate execution/campaigns that position Brookshire Brothers favorably in its markets Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Digital and Print graphic design and text layout for publication in magazines, newspapers, posters, and banners/signs, and knowledge of printing and digital processes. Experience with Indesign and Adobe Creative Suite of programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and a high level understanding of graphic design trends related to design, type/fonts, and color.
