Join Our Team as a Bartender at West Reading Motor Club!
Are you passionate about crafting the perfect drink and creating memorable experiences for guests? West Reading Motor Club, located in the heart of West Reading, PA, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. If you have a knack for mixing cocktails and a love for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a Bartender at West Reading Motor Club, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and creativity.
- Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and personality to the bar. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Experience: At least 1 year of bartending experience is required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar operations.
- Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Responsible and reliable, with a commitment to upholding our high standards.
