Job Title: Business Analyst; Location: Plano, TX (Texas only); Interview: In‑person only; Experience: 10 Years; Visa: GC / H4EAD / H1B / USC; Mandates: Power BI reports / CSR Executive / Roster / AI Agents Job Summary Assist Scrum teams with the development of Power BI reports and dashboards capturing scrum progress and initiative metrics. Assist CSR leadership and Scrum teams with efforts to automate and scale the ingestion of data into Power BI reports and dashboards. Coordinate monthly updates to CSR Executive report and present updates to CSR leadership. Support CSR Sr Manager with data modeling and automation, e.g. roster, AI agents, CCT Lab badge access.
