Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Make a Difference Every Day We are looking for a compassionate and dependable

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, support, companionship, and encouragement to residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Assist residents with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and safety techniques. Take and report vital signs and communicate changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team. Assist with medications as permitted by training, certification, and state regulations. Provide companionship, conversation, socialization, and emotional support to residents. Help maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas, including changing bed linens and assisting with light housekeeping. Follow care plans, company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. Current CNA certification or successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program, as required by applicable state regulations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or caregiving is helpful, but we welcome candidates with 0–1 year of experience. A compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care. Ability to follow instructions, work within established policies and procedures, and collaborate as part of a team. A strong understanding of personal safety, proper lifting techniques, and when to ask for assistance. Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members. Team members must be able to safely use proper body mechanics and lifting techniques to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, and push or pull residents or equipment weighing more than 100 pounds for short durations, with assistance when appropriate. Residents feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for because of the compassion and attention you bring to each interaction. You communicate changes and concerns promptly, support your teammates, follow care plans and safety procedures, and help create a warm, clean, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
