Senior Talent Recruiter - Strategy & Compliance
Spectrum
Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with leadership and drive talent acquisition across the organization. You’ll optimize hiring strategies, screen and interview candidates, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while delivering measurable improvements. In this role you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, campus programs, and online platforms to attract top talent.
