Compensation: $18/HR

Essential Duties:

• Greet clients and coordinate appointments with advisors, ensuring a smooth process and a feel of confidence on the service drive.
• Maintain cleanliness of client vehicles. Does not allow a dirty vehicle to leave in a clients possession.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Supports the Alternate Transportation department with any duties including having vehicles staged and ready.

Qualifications & Experience

• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Strong inter-personal skills with customers, co-workers and vendors
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• High school graduate or GED
