Production Supervisor (Second Shift)

Cytiva seeks a Production Supervisor for second-shift manufacturing operations in Duncan, South Carolina. The role involves leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance, managing daily schedules, and driving continuous improvement across assigned manufacturing areas. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least five years of manufacturing experience with three years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Drive process improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost while maintaining operational performance
Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage associates to build capable and engaged teams
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote safety culture ownership
Execute daily production schedules and monitor performance against SQDC KPIs
Maintain product quality standards and adherence to standard work systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum five years manufacturing environment experience
Minimum three years manufacturing supervisory experience
Knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, material flow
Experience leading high-performance teams in dynamic environments
Experience in regulated environments (ISO, FDA, or similar) preferred
