Our mission is to make online education pedagogically strong, student-focused, and affordable. Role Description This is a full-time role based in Paramus, NJ. As a Curriculum Designer, you will be responsible for independently or partnering with faculty and developing instructional content and materials for in-person, hybrid and online courses. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with subject matter experts, conducting needs assessments, creating learning objectives, designing assessments and interactive activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of the learning experience. You will also provide guidance on best practices for integrating technology and digital learning tools into course design. QualificationsExperience in higher education-related Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Digital Learning tools Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree is preferred Experience in higher education is a plus Knowledge of Quality Matters® and Online Learning Consortium Scorecard is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
