The CAS Regional Clinical Manager Experience Total Compensation & Recognition We believe experienced clinicians deserve compensation that reflects the scope of their leadership. At CAS, senior-level compensation is built with that principle in mind. You will ensure the highest quality of ABA services, support the professional development of your clinical team members, and contribute to the financial health and strategic growth of your program. Through collaborative leadership, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners - while serving as a model of ethical, outcomes-driven clinical practice. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Clinical Supervision Provide strong leadership to a team of BCBAs setting clear expectations and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment Deliver ongoing supervision and support to clinical team members, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and best practices Conduct structured supervision meetings, case reviews, and competency-based evaluations with supervised staff Deliver training and coaching to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of team members and support their professional growth Identify staffing needs and participate in clinical interviewing to assess candidate fit Conduct annual reviews of supervisory team performance and, in partnership with HR, oversee performance improvement processes for clinical team members as needed Foster a team culture rooted in honesty, collaboration, ethical practice, and continuous learning Clinical Quality & Service Delivery Conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and complete reassessments of client progress to inform ongoing treatment recommendations Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines Conduct regular reviews of client records, assessments, and interventions to maintain clinical excellence Provide expert consultation on complex or high-intensity cases, guiding clinical teams through problem-solving and decision-making Assess client needs and requirements to determine appropriate caseload assignments across the team Attain a treatment adherence rate of over 75% for clients within the division, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of interventions Ensure treatment recommendations are authorized for at least 90% of clients in service Family, Stakeholder & Community Relations Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, referrers, payers, and funding sources Cultivate positive and professional relationships with community partners to enhance coordination and collaboration Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, families, and other stakeholders Enhance client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) by implementing targeted improvements based on client and family feedback Operations, Compliance & Financial Management Collaborate with organizational leadership and other department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services Participate in financial planning to forecast monthly trends based on expected revenue and labor Demonstrate measurable progress toward fiscal year program performance goals by planning for and executing on growth objectives while effectively managing labor cost Maintain compliance with BACB ethics standards, Georgia licensure requirements, and CAS clinical policies Utilize ABA-specific software and data collection tools to support documentation, program management, and outcome monitoring How Success Is Measured As a Regional Clinical Manager, your performance will be evaluated against clinical, operational, and team development outcomes that reflect the full scope of this leadership role.
