Industrial Maintenance Technician

PAY : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour to start ($25.00 - $28.00 per hour upon hire)


LOCATION : Silverton, OR


We are currently hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in industrial maintenance with strong long-term earning potential.

Schedule & Shift Structure:

• Initial 2 week training on swing shift: 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM

• Transition into production shifts:
  • 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM OR
  • 5:00 AM - 5:30 AM

• July is peak season:
  • Four 12-hour shifts
  • 3 days off per week

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns
• Support production teams to reduce downtime
• Assist with mechanical and basic electrical repairs
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures
• Document maintenance work and communicate with team members

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work swing shift and 12-hour schedules
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish, or Spanish-only acceptable
