Strategic Talent Management Director

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Senior Executive Director of Talent Management to serve as a strategic leader advancing the district's vision for talent through innovative practices and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive talent strategies to attract, support, and retain top employees, ensuring alignment with district priorities and student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in talent management and public-sector HR practices, as well as a strong foundation in data analysis, strategic planning, and effective communication. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
