Working knowledge of facility management procedures including planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of a wide variety of events. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Working knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, agreements, and contracts in event planning and marketing sufficient to maintain event compliance. Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience and knowledge with EMS reservations software including configuration and reporting. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, Adobe Suite programs, and event scheduling software. Ability to set-up and takedown equipment for events, including the moving of tables, chairs, event staging, and sound systems. Experience in working with a diverse group of students, staff, and community members. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrates negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Experience managing or coordinating events. Knowledge of public address systems and other sound reinforcement equipment including set-up and operation.
