- Coverage: Call coverage only, no clinic coverage

- Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 MA, 1 MOS, 1 RN
- Procedures: 1-3 surgeries per week, including cardiac and thoracic casesKey Requirements
- Licensure: Utah License Required
- Board Certified and Board Eligible
- Certifications: Utah DEA
- Experience: Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery
