Maintenance / Plc Technician
Were seeking a hands-on Maintenance / Plc Technician to support operations at a leading beverage manufacturing company. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by troubleshooting and maintaining bottling and packaging equipment, with a strong focus on electrical and Plc systems.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where food safety and operational excellence are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bottling and packaging equipment
- Diagnose and correct faults in Plc systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Perform preventive maintenance and accurately log activities
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics
- Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and optimizations
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce equipment-related downtime
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Gmp and Ohsa standards
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing
- Proven hands-on experience with Plc troubleshooting and basic programming
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with motors, relays, and sensors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
