Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the direction of the Unit Manager
• Assess, plan and implement resident care according to care plans and policies
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for adverse effects and report changes promptly
• Monitor resident status, document care, vital signs and interventions accurately
• Collaborate with the nursing team and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care
• Ensure resident safety, comfort and quality of life; respond promptly to needs and call lights

Requirements

• Active Montana license to practice as an LPN or RN (current MT LPN or RN license)
• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
• Ability to learn and retain pertinent information
• Must have a current telephone number on file
• In-state MT travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from Havre
