The ideal candidate would have full-cycle recruitment experience and ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent.The Talent Acquisition Consultant works closely with HR leadership, the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) and hiring leaders to understand the Health System's staffing demand needs and develop a proactive, innovative assessment and recruitment strategy to identify, source, recruit, select and onboard the industry's top talent. This full cycle recruiting role will manage an efficient process for assigned positions.
