Session Support Associate

Summary Job Description As a Session Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of live legal proceedings conducted through the Prevail platform. This position coordinates over 150 remote legal sessions each day and serves as a central point of support for attorneys, court reporters, witnesses, and related stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch live legal sessions while managing scheduling changes and participant needs. Monitor multiple active proceedings simultaneously. Serve as the primary support contact for attorneys, court reporters, witnesses, and other participants requiring technical or logistical assistance. Resolve connectivity, platform access, and user support issues to minimize disruptions. Maintain accurate records of sessions, escalations, and issue resolution activities. Collaborate with session managers and operations leadership to deliver a positive client experience. Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable legal and company standards. Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements. Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality. Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar technologies. Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot user access and connectivity issues. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders. Customer service, operations coordination, technical support, or related experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting legal services, legal technology, court reporting, digital transcription, or related industries. Experience in high-volume scheduling, dispatching, or coordination environments. Spanish language proficiency. Familiarity with legal proceedings or deposition workflows. Expected compensation for this role is $16.00 - $18.00 hourly with opportunity for a quarterly discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
