ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its innovative outpatient centers dedicated to Seniors in Phoenix, Arizona. *Job Highlights:* * Outpatient position only, treating patients only 60 years and older * Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, NO Weekends or Extended Hours * Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients * Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient * Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology * State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community *Benefits:* * Employed Position * Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) * Full malpractice coverage with tail * Medical Benefits (including retirement) * CME * PTO *Qualifications:* * M.D. or D.O. graduates * Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) * Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required * Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure *Location:* Phoenix is a cultural hub that offers a plethora of options for the whole family.
