Registered Nurse - Nurse Residency Program

Offering a $10K sign‑on bonus and $5K relocation assistance, this RN Residency program welcomes recent graduates and nurses with less than 12 months of experience. Starting July13,2026, the program at multiple facilities provides comprehensive, evidence‑based training designed by nurses to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care. Participants receive mentorship, virtual classes, and access to an online platform for curriculum and performance tracking. Applicants must hold a valid RN license or GN permit, BLS certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Apply to be considered for various specialty units.
