FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST – FLOATERABOUT THIS POSITIONThe Food Service Specialist – Floater supports multiple elementary, middle, and high school sites within the [region/district] area, stepping in wherever coverage is needed — whether that's food preparation, serving, or helping run daily operations at a site. This role requires reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between school locations as assigned. The Specialist performs a variety of responsibilities including preparing and serving food in accordance with recipe standards and USDA National School Lunch compliance, and may take on expanded duties at a site when covering for kitchen or leadership staff. This position will engage with students, teachers, and parents with superior customer service, embodying the Genuine way.
