Technical Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Performs compliance-based customer project functions such as device imaging and configuration for deployment of IT equipment – enterprise or endpoint
2. Configures Windows based systems to customer specifications
3. Adopts the use of new software deployment tools
4. Adopts the use of quality-oriented processes to ensure all work is completed accurately and documented
5. Develop and document work instructions for customer projects
6. Participates in learning new technologies and career development opportunities as presented
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT Technology, including training for certifications and manufacturer partnerships
8. Additional duties and/or projects as required

Experience:

• 2 or more years of experience as a computer specialist
• Oral and written communication – provides clear, concise, and organized communications.
• Customer service – anticipates and meets needs of customers. Delivers high quality products and services.
• Technical credibility – understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, policies and computer knowledge.
• Continual learning – assesses and recognizes own strengths and weaknesses and pursues self-development.
• Teamwork – fosters teamwork and is supportive of other team members and achieving team goals.
• Comptia A+ a plus
• Comptia Network+ a plus
• Microsoft MCP: Configuring Windows 7 (70-680) a plus
• Associate's degree in Information Systems, computer science or equivalent experience a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
