Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Deep commitment to student growth and advocacy

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Providing direct therapy, both individually and in groups
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Monitoring progress, maintaining detailed documentation, and participating in IEP meetings
• Educating staff and parents on best practices for supporting language development and communication needs
