Healthcare Data Analyst

Supporting the Strategic Accounts team, the full-time Healthcare Data Analyst will deliver data analyses and insights to drive decision-making for internal teams and external partners while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support operational excellence by analyzing utilization trends and identifying opportunities for improved reporting Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop actionable recommendations through consultative problem-solving Enhance and standardize reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Data Science, or Statistics 2+ years of analytics and reporting experience in healthcare, including cost/utilization analysis Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills Proficiency in creating data visualizations and presenting insights to stakeholders Familiarity with healthcare claims and key performance indicators related to cost/utilization
