Gastroenterology Advanced Practice ProviderPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-focused group while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive work environment.Highlights of the Role:Schedule: M-F 9a-5pNo Call Requirements – enjoy your personal time without after-hours interruptionsSingle-Site Role: Work at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, ILCollaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staffState-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilitiesResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage outpatient follow-up visits.Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.Qualifications:Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.Strongly preferred: 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology outpatient medicineStrong clinical decision-making and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team.EMR proficiency (experience with Epic is a plus).Pay Transparency:Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis.
