We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff!What you will do:Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean. Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education, Monitor supplies and order as neededReceive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD/PA/ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR/TAR and progress notesAssess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders.
