• $600,000$700,000 guaranteed income
• Additional compensation for call beyond 1:7
• Partnership track after 2 years

• Private practice with Jefferson Anesthesiologists Service (JAS)
• Exclusive anesthesia provider for Samaritan Medical Center
• Team of 7 physicians and 11 CRNAs
• 1:7 call schedule with CRNA supervision
• Single-hospital coverage (no travel between sites)

• ~6,650 surgical cases annually
• ~900 obstetrical epidurals and 450 C-sections per year
• No cardiac cases
• No requirement for pain management clinic
• Modern surgical environment:
  • 8 operating rooms (updated facility)
  • 2 dedicated C-section ORs in L&D
  • Established robotics program (da Vinci Xi)

• Teaching opportunities through ACGME/AOA residency programs
• Serve a diverse patient population, including the military community at Fort Drum
