Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare certified facility
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Weekend requirements: yes
• Territory includes Capistrano Beach, Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano
