Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Director Cyber, AI and Cloud to lead technology audit initiatives focused on cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology risks. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex IT audits while providing strategic insights into technology risk management.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Audit, Information Security, Cyber Risk, Cloud Technologies, AI Governance, and Data Analytics , along with proven leadership experience managing audit teams and working with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee IT audits covering cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, AI technologies, IT governance, and technology resiliency.
• Evaluate technology risks and develop audit plans aligned with current and emerging IT risk areas.
• Perform hands-on testing and assessment of complex technical environments.
• Review and analyze cloud services, security controls, infrastructure processes, and AI-related risks.
• Develop audit strategies, testing approaches, findings, and recommendations.
• Provide project management oversight, coaching, and mentoring to IT audit team members.
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to communicate risks and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Create risk insights and recommendations related to cybersecurity, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Information Security.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud infrastructure, and technology risk management.
• Experience auditing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Experience evaluating AI solutions, AI governance frameworks, and AI-related risks.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to audit professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams.

Technical Skills:

• Data Analytics and Visualization experience.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or Seaborn.
• Programming experience with Python, including libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and/or PySpark.
• Knowledge of AI architectures, including agentic AI concepts and associated risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or Information Security.
• 5+ years of IT Audit experience.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or related field.
• Master s degree or MBA preferred.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
