Job Description

Springbok Holdings, Inc., an established FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring reliable and motivated full-time delivery drivers to service Cary, NC. Terminal is located in New Hill, NC. This is a physically active, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, independence, and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

Operate a FedEx delivery truck (P1000–P1200 step vans) safely and efficiently
Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers with accuracy
Use a company-provided iPad for navigation and package scanning
Complete 100+ stops per day while maintaining delivery quality
Perform frequent entry and exit from the vehicle throughout the day
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

Schedule

Start time: 8:30 AM or earlier
Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
Some routes may be Monday–Friday (business routes) based on performance and availability

Requirements

21 years of age or older (FedEx requirement)
Experience driving larger vehicles (step vans, box trucks, etc.) REQUIRED
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable using a hand truck/dolly for heavier packages
Ability to follow directions using GPS/navigation tools
Clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Previous delivery driving experience (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, etc.)
Experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding job
Strong time management and organizational skills
