Automotive Service Advisor

As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers—helping them understand their vehicle needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. Listen to and document customers’ concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history to accurately identify and verify service needs. Recommend services with appropriate knowledge, clearly communicating any additional recommendations from the technician so customers can make informed decisions; properly document all recommendations in the customer file. Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating product understanding and associated service requirements. Provide customers with an accurate quote that includes cost and time for approved services; keep customers updated on the status of their services throughout the day. Follow proper procedures when finalizing a ticket, including reviewing the completed multi‑point inspection and explaining applicable warranties. Conduct follow‑up phone calls after repairs and declined services to ensure customer satisfaction. Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 18 years. Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required. Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process‑driven environment. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
