Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, utilizing a range of therapeutic methods tailored to each client's needs. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on specific issues faced by clients, such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. \n
- Engage clients and their families in therapeutic processes to uncover and address underlying behavioral challenges, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness. \n
- Implement evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and actively incorporate feedback to refine approaches. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential records of all therapy sessions and client progress within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and ethical standards concerning patient confidentiality and documentation. \n
Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges spanning from mild anxiety to severe mental health disorders. A thorough understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt therapeutic practices to meet the unique needs of clients will be essential in promoting effective treatment outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or a relevant field is required. \n
- Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California. \n
- Demonstrable clinical experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a telehealth setting. \n
- A keen understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to behavioral therapy techniques. \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients, ensuring effective therapeutic relationships. \n

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. \n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
