Senior Project Accountant

Century Group is partnering with our client seeking a dedicated Senior Project Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $95,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Lead the month-end close process, including project accounting and financial statement preparation.
  
  
• Collaborate with the construction team to analyze project costs and margins.
  
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  
  
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.
  
  
• Contribute to the development of global accounting policies.
  
  
• Participate in quarterly reviews and year-end reporting processes.
  
  
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  
  
• 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
