About the Maintenance Assistant Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks

• Conducting minor repairs and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery

• Assisting in the preparation of areas for special events and activities

• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service

• Responding to maintenance requests and prioritizing tasks as needed

Maintenance Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a healthcare or maintenance setting preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work varied shifts and flexible scheduling as needed
