Overview Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Hamilton Place Mall location. The Assistant Store Manager is a key leader supporting the overall success of the store. You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is hands-on and people-focused — you’ll help create a positive, high-performance environment that motivates the team to exceed goals every day. In the Store Manager’s absence, you’ll take full ownership of the store: from team leadership and zoning to operations, merchandising, and floor execution. What We Offer Hourly rate: $15–$20/hour, based on experience Career growth opportunities within Adore Me and the broader VS&Co. network Structured onboarding and leadership training programs A diverse, inclusive, and supportive team culture Eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Daily Execution Lead the floor daily: setting selling goals, coaching behaviors, and driving results Take accountability for individual and team KPIs: sales, conversion rate, AOV, and UPT Support the Store Manager in analyzing reports and making business-driven decisions Drive awareness of goals and celebrate wins with the team to build motivation Own product launches, floor sets, and in-the-moment adjustments to meet business needs Team Development & Support Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to associates in real time Support onboarding of new hires and help reinforce a strong service culture Foster a collaborative and inclusive team dynamic on and off the floor Assist in managing the weekly schedule and payroll efficiency Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is off the floor Customer Experience Lead by example and deliver outstanding customer interactions Coach associates on bra fitting, product knowledge, and add-on selling Ensure every fitting room experience is personalized, welcoming, and conversion-focused Take initiative to resolve customer issues with professionalism and care Uphold Adore Me’s brand values and service standards at all times Operations & Visual Standards Help maintain stockroom organization, inventory flow, and back-of-house efficiency Support shipment processing and product placement strategies Monitor store visuals, cleanliness, and merchandising compliance Ensure all policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures are consistently followed What We’re Looking For 2+ years of retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced fashion or lifestyle brand Strong communication and coaching skills with a people-first mindset Passion for delivering exceptional service and driving results Comfortable working with store reports, KPIs, and sales tools Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Tech-savvy: confident with mobile devices, POS systems, and scheduling tools Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow within the brand Join Us If you're a motivated, customer-obsessed leader ready to grow your career with a fast-scaling brand backed by one of the most iconic names in retail — we’d love to meet you.
