Position Details:

Role:	AI Engineer
Locations:	Austin, TX
Employment Type:	Full-Time (W2 only)
Work Model:	Onsite -5 Days
Compensation: Base salary range of	$100,000-$130,000 a year, plus benefits
Experience Range	Min 08 to 10 years of experience
Work Authorization	Who can work on a full-time W2 basis without sponsorship

• This opportunity is available for candidates who can work on a full-time W2 basis without sponsorship.

Job Description

• AI Engineer (Backend TypeScript or Python the team is leaning to Typescript)
• Strong backend engineering in TypeScript/Node.js (preferred) or Python, with production API design experience
• Has built LLM harnesses/scaffolds with agentic loops, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling architectures
• Experience designing multi-agent systems and integrating LLMs with internal/external APIs
• Added Advantage: AI platform/developer tooling, evaluation & observability frameworks, AI security & guardrails
