Barbaricum is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the anticipated Product Manager Robotic and Autonomous Systems (PdM RGCS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) effort at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, providing day-to-day oversight of trainers, maintainers, and logistics support staff. The role runs the program's management rhythm — task-order management, financial reporting, and program reviews — while ensuring New Equipment Training (NET), Total Package Fielding (TPF), and maintenance operations are planned, resourced, and executed on time and on budget. As a principal point of contact to the Government for cost, schedule, performance, and risk, the Site Manager keeps the on-site team ready to respond to task-order-driven surges. Key Responsibilities: Task Order Management: Perform all duties associated with task-order management, including facilitating weekly meetings, providing presentation materials, and preparing for detailed discussions on cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Oversee the team(s) to ensure products, schedules, and events are planned, resourced, and executed on time and on budget. Assist the PM in managing personnel, logistics, quality control, and overall contractor support to meet Task Order (TO) requirements. Team Leadership and Oversight: Provide day-to-day management of trainers, maintainers, and support staff to ensure they are prepared to conduct NET and fulfill all contract requirements. Monitor NET and TPF events, addressing issues as they arise by coordinating with the Government and other stakeholders. Ensure the tasks normally performed by the Senior Trainer are accomplished in the Senior Trainer's absence. Reporting and Program Reviews: Develop and deliver the Monthly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) and other reports as required. Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the RGCS NET and Fielding Manager. Consolidate and review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions for accuracy and completeness. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logisticians to manage the shipping of Non-Mission Capable (NMC) systems to Fort Leonard Wood, ensuring Technical Inspections (TI) and repairs are completed in a timely manner. Interface with supported units requesting maintenance support, assigning personnel to review and follow up on DA 2404/5988E forms. Stakeholder Coordination and Briefing: Participate in New Materiel In-Briefs (NMIBs), In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, and brief the Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Project Officers as necessary. Instructor and Technical Support: As a qualified military instructor, conduct NET or maintenance for any RGCS system supported by the program when necessary. Global Deployment: Be prepared to travel or deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations as necessary to support mission requirements. Qualifications: Must have and maintain at least a Secret level security clearance. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience since 2000 in the maintenance and training of fielded military equipment. At least two (2) years serving as a certified military equipment instructor, with completion of an approved instructor course such as FIFC, ABIC, or ITC. Experience managing a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) or task-order contract, including leading a CLS team of five (5) or more personnel. Program-management experience spanning cost, schedule, performance, and risk, with hands‑on CFSR and CDRL reporting. Proficiency in conducting and teaching technical inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively with military personnel and senior Government leadership. Ability to be located at and manage teams, activities, and programs at Fort Leonard Wood. Valid civilian driver's license; able to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required. EEO Commitment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
