The Kyle Lott Agency is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll play an important part in helping customers feel supported, informed, and confident about their insurance coverage. Our agency is built on trust, relationships, and service to the community. We take pride in providing personalized support and making insurance easier to understand for the people we serve. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team environment, we’d love to connect with you. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
- Provide excellent day-to-day customer support
- Process policy updates and documentation accurately
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication
- Support the agency team with administrative and service-related tasks
- Follow up to ensure customer needs are resolved promptly
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
