Job Summary

Serve as a trusted clinical presence on campus, delivering direct medical care and building meaningful relationships with the student body. This role blends daily health management with wellness advocacy to ensure a safe, supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer hands-on medical attention for student illnesses, acute injuries, and ongoing health conditions throughout the academic day
• Evaluate emerging health issues rapidly and share clear care strategies with parents and faculty
• Dispense daily medications and execute prescribed treatments in strict accordance with doctor orders and institutional protocols
• Keep all immunization logs and student health files meticulously organized and current
• Drive campus-wide wellness by spearheading health education and awareness programs
• Partner seamlessly with school administration, counselors, and teaching staff to advocate for total student well-being
• Track and mitigate the spread of contagious illnesses within the campus population
• React with speed and composure during medical emergencies and critical health events

Minimum Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (or the capacity to secure them prior to employment)
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities paired with an empathetic demeanor
• Capacity to triage tasks efficiently and maintain steady focus during high-pressure situations
• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail for managing clinical documentation

Ideal Qualifications

• Background working in pediatric care, youth programs, or educational environments (highly motivated new graduates will also be considered)
