Job Title: General Laborer
Location: St Francisville, LA
Pay: $20 hourly

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support daily operations on job sites. This role involves performing general manual labor tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting skilled trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned on-site
  • Clean office trailers and lunch tent
  • Empty garbage cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
  • Maintain overall site cleanliness and organization
  • Fuel equipment and assist with basic upkeep as needed
  • Support skilled trades and equipment operators with various tasks
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Identify and report any hazards or unsafe conditions
Qualifications:
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of job site safety practices
